Katrina has been cooking Japanese food this week, and I haven't been complaining!
Tonight we had particularly artsy-looking soba noodles with tofu, toasted sesame seeds, green onion, ginger all in a sauce that Katrina concocted from scratch (and a recipe). I was too busy eating later to take pictures of her homemade chicken teriyaki!
I hear the oven timer going off for the chocolate-cranberry biscotti, so I'd better go take it out since Katrina has her hands full with Anna!
