Katrina and I joined some friends on Labor Day for some hiking in Shingletown Gap. The idea was to go as far as we felt comfortable and then spread out the blanket and enjoy the afternoon. As it worked out, I had underestimated my wife's grit...she made it all the way to the top of Tussey Mountain even at 8 1/2 months pregnant!
Check out how steep and rocky the trail is
(and that Katrina is wearing Crocs, to boot)!
