I've decided that chameleons make the perfect pets. They're not too fast, they're friendly, can't bite, and they eat flies, mosquitos, and termites. The best part? They'll hunt from your index finger! Julia found this one on the way back from the generator yesterday. We named him Jacques, after someone in Julia's American History book (explorer Jacques Cartier). Christina calls him Leon, since he is a chameleon after all! The first photo was for scale. This one is more of a glamour shot.
Yay for cool pets. I bet my mom would kill for one of these in her first grade classroom!
