Katrina and I are staying with the Julia and Christina Moyer for the next two days since David is in Dodoma picking up his airplane, and Joyce is heading to Dar to hopefully take care of Houghton's visas for the spring program. Woot woot! As I am online today anyway, I uploaded some photos for everyone to see.
Home. Yet unnamed. Katrina and I moved in a week ago Tuesday.
Our daily commute includes a trip on a zipline both ways across the Little Ruaha River.
It's dry season here. During the rains, the river swells all the way almost to the base of the posts holding the platform.

Amazing to see Masumbo in all its glory again! Great shots - it's changed a lot and not at all. This is just a friendly shout out to say HEY. I'm Dan Holcomb's older brother, currently residing in the north of TZ (Moshi) with my wife and two girls. He's blogging about missing you, so I thought I'd drop a note to say "Karibuni sana." If you ever have a hankering to head up north, welcome to our house. We hope to come down to Masumbo at some point this year, so hopefully we'll meet at some point. Blessings! Jeff
nice to see your present home. Looks cute!
Paul, compare your house to mine... I think you win, especially since it's free for you.
Hey! I miss you guys a ton :-) School is going good, despite a couple wicked boring classes. The weather has been great, at least by my standards - which is to say that I love the wet and the rain. I hope that you guys are doing fabulously! Love you!!!
